David M. Andrews
During WWII, Dave Andrews served on a ship based in Honolulu. He was a tool and die journeyman responsible for repairing tanks and artillery. After the war, Dave attended Columbia University on the GI Bill and graduated with an engineering degree. He married Joan Phillips and had two children; Elizabeth Andrews and David M. Andrews VI.
Dave was a resident of Clarence from 1969 – 1972. He was the plant manager of the former American Brass plant. In 2017, Dave passed at the age of 92.
