Dr. Hugh M. Neil
Dr. Hugh M. Neil enlisted in the United States Air Force on August 9, 1949, in Albany, NY. He served as a Teletype Operator at F.E. Warren AFB, from November 1949~April 1950. He then served as a Senior Crypto Operator at Scott AFB from December 1950~February 1951. He was Honorably discharged on December 5th, 1952 with the title of Airman First class Sergeant.
Dr. Neil received his Doctorate degree from the University of Buffalo and worked as a Professor of Art Education/Redesign at Buffalo State College for 42 years. He has been a Clarence Resident since June of 1972, and continues to live in the Harris Hill Gardens to this day.
