Dr. Hugh M. Neil

Dr. Hugh M. Neil enlisted in the United States Air Force on August 9, 1949, in Albany, NY. He served as a Teletype Operator at F.E. Warren AFB, from November 1949~April 1950. He then served as a Senior Crypto Operator at Scott AFB from December 1950~February 1951. He was Honorably discharged on December 5^th, 1952 with the title of Airman First class Sergeant.

Dr. Neil received his Doctorate degree from the University of Buffalo and worked as a Professor of Art Education/Redesign at Buffalo State College for 42 years. He has been a Clarence Resident since June of 1972, and continues to live in the Harris Hill Gardens to this day.
